Welcome to A Pit Stop Garage. By accessing our website, scheduling services, or authorizing work, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

A Pit Stop Garage is a full-service auto repair shop providing car auto repair, diagnostics, maintenance, performance upgrades, auto restoration, classic car repair, and truck repair services. All services are subject to availability and approval.

• All estimates are based on initial inspection and may change upon further evaluation.
• Approval (verbal or written) is required before any work begins.
• Additional repairs discovered during service will require further authorization.

• Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept major forms of payment (cash, Zelle, credit/debit cards, and approved financing if approved).
• Vehicles may be held until payment is received in full, where permitted by law.

• We use quality parts for all repairs; however, part availability may vary.
• Labor times are estimated and may change based on vehicle condition.
• Customer-supplied parts do not carry any warranty and may not be accepted in all cases.

All performance upgrades, including LS swaps, tuning, and custom car modifications, are provided as-is with no warranty. By approving such services, you acknowledge the risks associated with increased speed and performance demands.

Warranty coverage, if offered on standard auto repair services, is 6 months/ 6,000 miles. Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, racing, or unauthorized modifications.

• Vehicles left at our mechanic shop beyond 4 days after completion may incur storage fees of $25 a day.
• Vehicles not claimed within the legally allowed timeframe may be considered abandoned and subject to lien sale per state laws or acquisition of title.

• Provide accurate vehicle information and service history when possible.
• Remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service.
• Ensure timely pickup of the vehicle once repairs are complete.

A Pit Stop Garage is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

• A Pit Stop Garage is not liable for pre-existing conditions or failures unrelated to performed services.
• We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of vehicle use.
• All car fix and auto repair services are performed to industry standards but may be affected by vehicle age, condition, or prior repairs.

By authorizing service, you grant permission for our car mechanics to operate your vehicle for testing, diagnostics, and quality assurance purposes.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to update or modify website content at any time without notice.

• Appointments are recommended but not guaranteed.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
